  • Does PPF offer set up and break down?

    • We do offer this service, for 2026 and beyond we will be automatically adding breakdown or strike services to every invoice as most venues require this to be done the day of.

  • What time do you come on site to set up?

    • Unless installations are required no later than 4 hours from the ceremony start time

  • Do we need to know anything about flower types?

    • No, not at all! We take a unique approach to floral designing for our event couples. We don’t get into flower specifics with our couples until about a month from the wedding date. Floral is added to the invoice based on what is available during the time in the same vibe, but can change. No need to go over these details too early! We’re happy to take requests and try to get the flowers you’d like to have (especially if there is something that is sentimental), however, like any florist, we’re bound to the constraints of farms and wholesalers for availability.

  • What is your payment schedule?

    • We require a $1500 deposit at the time of booking for all full service floral clients (ceremony, reception, personals).

  • How do you take payments?

    • All payments are completed by our invoicing system, by Venmo or Zelle. We’re toying with the idea of adding a payment option by means of Square or Stripe, however they have additional fees per transaction.

  • What if you’re unable to make it to our wedding the day of for whatever reason?

    • We work with a ton of other floral designers and freelance florists. We will make sure that you have floral on your wedding day, you’ll be informed about the details and that it will go off without a hitch.

  • Can we add on floral to your existing packages?

    • YES absolutely! The cost associated will the floral and materials cost +20%!

  • What do you consider specialty or premium flowers and colors?

    • Great question! Flowers like Peonies, Garden Roses Dahlias, Cosmos, Delphinium (essentially flowers that are moody, fickle, super super seasonal) and the mavue/dusty toned color schemes, burnt oranges, rust shades and blues.

  • What is your travel fee?

    • Peak season travel will be $0.80/mile from Fort Polk, Louisiana

    • Off Season travel will be $1.00/mile from Fort Polk, Louisiana

  • What are your peak and off peak seasons?

    • Peak Season is between April - June, and September - November

    • Off Season is between July - August and December - March
