How does the PPF design process work?

To give you the most straight forward information, we offer set minimums.
The only fee that is not included is travel.

We also offer special consultations for elopement needs. We travel all over to make your wedding floral dreams happen!

Our Minimum Spend is $6,500 + $1,500 Travel Fee

  • The Floral

    The Flow

    Before we get on a phone or video call:

    1. We vibe check: Does our minimum spend align with your budget?

    2. If your budget aligns we discuss the arrangements you need!

    3. Proposal Creation-We create a proposal with your selections and discuss the price range.

    4. Now to Chat! - Before anything is finalized we will have a call via phone or Zoom to make sure everything is 100% accurate. At the end of the call, your finalized invoice and contract will be sent via email. You will have 3 calendar days to submit your deposit along with the signed contract.

    5. We hold your event date for 3 calendar days. When those three days are up we will archive the proposal. No hard feelings!

  • Rentals

    Rentals

    We offer rentals to our couples at NO charge in Louisiana & Texas. If we’re able to fly our materials out, we’re happy to do so.

    At this time the renal list includes arbors, compote bowls, centerpiece stands, candles, candle glasses, candle holders, pillar stands, and urns.

    If we have it, you’re welcome to borrow it! If we have to purchase new materials to complete your designs the cost will be applied to the invoice.

    A card is kept on file for any rentals that may break or go missing at the end of the night and will be charged accordingly.
